I don't know what the hell is going on, but very weird things are happening to me and around me. If you remember I lost an entire chapter of the novel I'm working on. I blamed it on my sister's laptop.
But now I'm back home in my own space, working on my beloved MAC and it's happened yet again!
I wrote a about ten pages yesterday, changed most of the characters names, spell checked and then pressed SAVE.
I spent the morning redecorating my blog, had a bowl of cereal and then opened up my document to find that there was no new material, no changes - it was as if yesterday never happened!
I'm sure my neighbors were wondering what in the world was going on over here. I won't repeat the string of expletives that spewed from my mouth.
I'm really beginning to think that someone has put something on me. It happens, you know.
The other morning I came down stairs to find the curtain that hangs over the glass of my front door - on the floor. The hooks which hold the rod, are shaped like L's - they somehow turned themselves upside down.....spooky, right?
And oh yeah there is this really weird, other worldly sound coming out of my car radio anytime I turn the dial to FM 85.5.
I had a friend by some days back - a friend who'd never been to my home -- and now I'm wondering.....did he walk something in?
I'm going to smudge my house, take a spiritual bath, chant and pray that I fall back in favor with the writing fairies.

You need to do a prayer in every corner of your house. That's just odd.

Sorry for your writing issues. I know I lost 2 pages of the proposal I was working on a few weeks back and I spent DAYS trying to find out why. Finally I gave up and started from scratch, but I was miserable.
My theory, based on my believe is that Satan is angry. You did something you probably never have done before...You prayed outwardly for all to hear for 7 consecutive days about all of what you needed prayer for... Well instead of seeking this one, and that one, this thing or that thing. You took your questions and concerns to GOD - the Lord Jesus Christ. Well......things are going to start turning up side down. JC is right you need to pray, and you need to speak to that issue or that thing, and you need to call upon the blood of the Lord. Don't forget there is power in the blood. And there is power in his name.
You will be fine. Please remember you can't pray, and things not change, and you can't pray and God not lift the veil from your eyes to allow you to see a lot of the things that you did not see before.
As for your writing. Try asking God before you start typing to lead you in the direction he would have you to go in - with your story.
